Alana received her qualifications to become a paralegal through Capilano University, and has over 10 years experience working as a paralegal in both the private and public sectors. Overall Alana has over 30 years experience working in various offices, legal environments and governmental agencies which have developed in her the perspective needed for the position of Practice Manager at White & Company.

After dedicating herself to White & Company clients since 2023, Alana shifted into the Practice Manager role wherein she continues to provide guidance to her colleagues regarding best practices and efficiency, and provides training and support. In short, Alana makes our world go round.

Alana enjoys spending her summer months camping and adventuring. She is also a glutton for punishment, and is currently pursuing and completing her Bachelor of Legal Studies.

Alana continues to practice alongside Betti White as a Trial Paralegal.
